Bianca Brathwaite

I created Mindset Maintenance from my own pain and struggles. After experiencing family trauma, I realised that by being vulnerable I found that i’m not the only person going through it. Most people you speak to have been through some sort of trauma. I have always had an interest in self development, but it was in lockdown that I realised the importance of it and how much we need it for good mental health. We need to learn who we are, why we do things and although there will be people around to support us, we need to learn the tools to make ourselves better in the long term. I will always openly speak about my mental health so that others feel comfortable to do the same.

Sohaila Sophia

Hi, I'm Sohaila, a Self-Development Life Coach and NLP Practitioner. It's such a pleasure to join the non-exec board of Mindset Maintenance. Mental Wellbeing is at the core of everyone and everything, and my goals in life are dedicated to supporting others to confidently live the truly, fulfilling lives they deserve. Seeing others grow, connect & believe in themselves and make change is what lights me up inside.

Kat Thorne

Hi, I’m Kat, a positive habits international speaker and teacher. I’m so happy to be joining the non-exec board of Mindset Maintenance. Through my work with employees across the globe, I’ve learned that most of us don’t stop to think about how our daily choices are impacting our physical and mental health. And seeing these little light bulb moments is why I’m on a mission to help more people live happier, healthier & higher performing lives.

Hannah Murray

Hi I’m Hannah, a NHS Mental Health Professional & accredited therapist.

I am so honoured to join the Non-Exec Board of Mindset Maintenance as raising the awareness of mental wellbeing is my biggest passion. I want to reduce the stigma attached to accessing support services for Mental Health & offer the tools to enable others to self manage. My biggest driver is to become the role model I never had. I share my personal Mental Health story honestly to inspire others to have hope & know that batter days are coming!

Emily Alexander

Hi I’m Emily, a Well-being Life Coach and College tutor. I’m delighted to join the Non-Exec Board of Mindset Maintenance as mental wellbeing is extremely close to my heart. With personal loved experience of mental ill health I want to share my wellness journey and support others through theirs whilst raising awareness and reducing the stigma of anxiety and depression.
